Return and Refund Policy
At Gleeshoes, we strive to ensure that every pair of customized sneakers meets your expectations. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds to maintain fairness and transparency.
Customized Sneakers
Since our sneakers are specially customized for each customer:
- No Returns or Exchanges: Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
- Order Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details and preferences for customization. We cannot offer refunds for errors in the information provided by the customer.
Damage or Defect Claims
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the damage/defect and the packaging for verification.
- Once approved, we will:
- Offer a replacement at no additional cost, OR
- Issue a partial/full refund based on the issue.
Ready-to-Ship Products
For non-customized products:
- Returns: You may return the item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Customized Orders: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once work on your customized sneakers has begun, we cannot accept cancellations.
- Ready-to-Ship Products: You can cancel the order before it is shipped.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
